chip amps into 6 ohm load - Click HERE for Original Thread
Bengali
Hi,

my speakers are rated 6ohms.
for the LM3886, do I need to parallel two of them?
or one should be fine.

has anyone made a higher power chip amp?
100-200watts?

thanks

One will lm3886 definitely be fine, but the rails need to be at a somewhat lower voltage than if you were using an 8 ohm speaker.

As for the higher powered amps, search for BPA-200. Bridge-parallel amps can put 200 watts into a 4 ohm load easily.
