Hi,
I finish my PS board yesterday evening and in this can I run some test to check it.
I use only one transformer with 2*55 at secondary.
I check my Ac voltage and I have 2*61.8v
The drain of Q101 is a little over+80v and for Q102 a little under -80v.
The PS work fine but I get only : 59.1v and -58.7v with a 15K resistor charge. Without charge , I get +59.8v and -59.3v.
Are these volt values right or did I have any bug in my PS?

i think (hope) it`s o.k.
in my Xsoz and Bosoz- psu`s the rails are not exactly the same. i think the reason is the light difference in parts.
But there are psu`s with which you can regulate the + and- rails with a pot, but not necessary on bsoz.
What do others think?

Seems to me that you just built a perfectly working PSU for a BoSoZ...
If you feel like it you can probably swap around some Zeners until you get the same voltage from both rails. That would not be necessary though as everything is fine as it. |
