Buffer for Behringer dcx 2496 - Click HERE for Original Thread
icebear
Hi

I have a behringer dcx with modified analog output. The complete outputboard is bypassed by a filter for filtering the DAC's. So I now tap the signal directly from the dac's via a 6 dB filter (soon to try 12 dB) an into the 6 deck potmeter (in separate enclosure). After the potmeter I use a preamp/buffer. I would think the dac's do not have optimum workingconditions, putting the signal directly into the potmeter (20k)? I would like to implement a buffer after the filter inside the DCX. I see the AD797 and AD826 are good candidates. Are there other I should consider? Do I need a linedriver? If anyone have a ready to go schematics, I would be happy :)

Cheers
Bjorn
