THis one is from Analog Devices, and optimised for audio. Is anyone currently working on their eval. boards?

do you have the eval board ?

I planning an EQ and a comp... but without the EB.
Do you have the GUI soft ?

boris, I'm currently laying out a PCB using two 1954s to process 4-channel audio. I sent a mail to ADI asking about the software, they said it's available only to EB users. Anyway, their EBs usually have a lot more circuitry around the chip to interface it to a parallel or RS232 port. I've used ADI EBs for other chips (DDS, etc) which all have this sort of scheme, so unless you're recreating the EB's circuitry, I wonder if the software will be of any use. What I'd really like to see, though, would be an assembler for the SigmaDSP core. I asked ADI about that too, but was greeted by silence. Tell me if you're working on the chip now, would appreciate any extra info.
