Is there a Web-site that you can find transistor replacements by entering the original transistor's specifications(like U, I...)?

www.questlink.com isn't perfect but you can get some good info there.

search engines -- for instance, if you go to International Rectifier www.irf.com , you can search by P or N-Channel, voltage, power, RDS, package etc. On Semi, Fairchild, Toshiba, Hitachi also have parametric search engines. If there's just a listing you can always save as a *.txt file, dump it into MSExcel and sort by column heading.
