Hi, new oldy,
many years back, late sixties, I used to build guitar amps and audio mixers, (Holloway, London )worked for people like, Midas, WEM, Sound Electronics and others.
I left the audio stuff in 1974 got into the TV world, I've recently started dabbling again with valve audio, saw this site while I was looking for info on el504 valves, and decided to join.
ps: also play the guitar now and again

I'm glad I'm not the only oldy here. I've recently bought a stock of valves, so after a day of changing tft panels I will take a step to the past, see how much I remember.
My main interest here will be on valve audio, although I do service transistor p.a. gear and audio.
