Hello,
It appears that the old ESS Heil company has closed shop. Is that true? Does anybody have any insight into what has happened to them? Last I knew they were operating out of Sacramento, California.
I am rather fond of their AMT-1 Transformers. I was hoping to buy more of them for future projects. If any can give offer up information I'd surely appreciate it. |

E600 in germany for new ones, E109 for replacement ribbons.
You can get them for dramatically less on ebay, but beware: They're VERY easily damaged in shipping. Took me 2 pairs and a replacement set of ribbons to get a working set together :( Tell them to:
A) Wrap the whole assembly in saran wrap
B) Wrap THAT with strips of corrugated cardboard, enough to fill all the space in the box
C) Double box the whole damned thing |
