Anyone familiar with Norelco turntables? I aquired a Norelco model 202 "Electronic" turntable that doesn't work. You turn it on and nothing happens. Even the pilot light won't light. Now in checking this out I have around 15vdc on the dc side of the diode located on the circuit board, so the board is getting power, but a no volt reading at the outputs for the electric eye, pilot light or motor. I am suscpicious of the transistors, but I thought I would check with this forum before proceding further. Thanks.

Hi,

I've never heard of "Norelco", but the model numbers convince
me they are rebranded Philips turntables, so search on Philips
GA-202 and you should find plenty of information.

I've rebuilt two Philips, fitting a connoissiur SAU2 arm to one,
and the other (a 212 electronic) a Mayware Formula 4 arm.

:)/sreten.

Hi,

It is indeed a Phillips. I downloaded a schematic however it is in german. I plan to dedicate this one for use on my 78s. I shall continue searching. Thank you.
