Here is an all in one pcb for LM4780.
There are four compulsory jumpers.
The pcb is stereo ready, that means no cuts/bridges are necessary for stereo.
This is an improved version of the design posted here
Also refer the above link for help in assebling.

Will you be so kind to mark all elements (layout) on the PCB.
Thanks in advance. :smash: |

Refer post #14 in above link for values.
4 Orange jumpers are mandatory for all configs.
Green for parallel, follow fig on datasheet
Pink for Bridged, follow fig on datasheet
There are blank spaces for extra filter capacitors, if needed.
Blue are resistors, purple are caps

| With bigger pads for the IC but with an extra jumper. |

Hi Gajanan,
This is Caro, i'm from Goa as well. I was interested in building a Parallel 4780 amp, i was wondering if you've done you'rs. And wanted to know where you got the transformer from.
Can we get in touch.
my email is carumartins@gmx.net |

| Eny Eagle pcb files, schematics, or PDF files? |

| I'm thinking of working with the one suggested by gajanan, and the schematic of BPA 200 using 2 LM4780's. |

Great efforts....highly appreciated..was loking for a design of BPA200..
Will be watching the post entusiastically...Besides i have few LM4780's
of those lying around..contact me for a couple..can be bartered for the PCB's if any INDIANS are interested.....mailto :sivankls@gmail.com |

schematics,
Please download datasheet from www.national.com. U will find schematics in that file.
U don't need PDF file as this attachment is high quality. Only see that the print is printing correct IC size.
Remember it is NOT copper side view.

I made a PCB for my friend using laser printing method.
BUT I did not follow the method in-toto.
The method says soak the paper and keep removing the paper material leaving the plastic on the PCB. Instead I just pulled the paper off slowly and the print remained on the copper. Worked like press and peel.
It was a trial and was quite good for the 1st attempt, and I used ferric chloride solution for etching.
Some practice is needed for better results.
The paper used was Desmat Premium.
By the way, the polarity markings +/- are reversed on the PCB. Take care.
Enjoy
