Hi. I have no experience in doing my own spice models. So I was wondering if anyone have a 6HA5 model and could share...

There are lots of similar tubes to this one, like 6HM5, EC900, PC900, 4HA5. Maybe 6GK5 and 6HQ5 are also similar, not sure.

I had little experience can share. U choose a great tube. since 6ha5 was same as EC900. this tube was similare to EC86,88 but small & 7 pins, less microphonics & still cann runing large current.
In market there had many brand can choose such as GEC, Mullard & telefunken band. reasonable price. but I will choose 4HA5/PC900.
I choose this tube because of cheaper price & lower filament voltage, best for cathode follower of DAC.
My tda 1541a ver.3 tbe buffer was use this tube for it.

If runing at 7ma use 20K:600ohm can use pre-amp output but looks use cathode follow with 10K:600 will be better, also capacitor output will good too.

very good choice for diyers to build a good P/C ratio

I helped a friend design a moving coil head-amp (“pre-pre-amp”) using multiple paralleled 6HA5s (actually 4HA5s). This tube seemed ideal for the front end of such a stage, given its high gm and high mu offering the potential for very low noise. We did experience a huge amount of grid current when the tube was biased with heavy plate current for highest gm (I forget the exact numbers now). Enough grid current to be worrisome passing through an expensive moving coil cartridge.

Also, like a lot of RF tubes intended for use with AGC feedback, this tube has somewhat variable mu, making it suitable only for low-level applications, unless one likes the rich taste of second harmonic.

We went back to good old 6DJ8/6922s…

Try this model. I am not very happy with the accuracy at high Vp and high negative bias, ie low current, but over all it seems to match the data sheet pretty well.
