I am collecting parts to build the Zen V9. What line stage preamp are other builders going to use? Thanks for your opinions.

My general advice is
If it has a low input impedance, use a BOSOZ.
If it has a high input impedance, use an X-BOSOZ.
I've not built a ZV9 yet, so take that for what it's worth. :D |

| I've been using 2/3rds of an aleph 1.7... I use the lower CCSs but 500 ohm load Rs with a higher voltage and current. Let me see if I have a pic that's worth posting... I havent done the ZV9 yet either but, I kinda like this configuration... |
