I while back I built a bessel allignment enclosure for a tempest sub I had. The plans are at this site.

I ended up blowing the sub and adire wouldn't cover it under warentee and I never replaced it. I now want to let a friend use the enclosure so that it isn't going to waste. I know I could buy a tempest and put it in there but are there other drivers that may be a little more affordable that I could put in that enclosure? |

| The original Tempest is being manufactured again. For 136.00 U.S. it would be pretty hard to beat considering your enclosure was designed for it. |

Here you could try this driver by Dayton, I believe it is very similar. I have two of them in my car powered by a 1600 watt amp. They sound great and can take alot of abuse.
