Hi, i have an MTX 6500D blown. The electronic component labeled Q673 is blown and i don't know what it is. It is marked on top : 1D. Does anyone know what it is so i could replace it?

| its actually a MMBTA42 , Im really surprised that would blow, i've never seen one blow in the power supply side. |

| Yes, me too but actually he didn't blow, a capacitor 470nj near him burned and the semi-conductor and the pcb burned. The big capacitor also blew up. But the output transistor seems to be fine. Thank you for the advice i will try that. |
