| I managed to buy one for my Hitachi V-302B from Hitachi Denshi (UK) Ltd, and get a replacement knob as well. Presumably they might have a presence where you are as well?. The trick is knowing it's not just 'Hitachi'. |

I had no trouble downloading the 15-part service manual for the 100MHz Hitachi VC-6045 scope i got from the web. Even found the code for the RS232 PC connection.
(30Mb in RAR, ~400Mb in PDFs)
Just finding an ftp to download from took me close to a week. |
