I have the Lumen lab lighting kit, when I power it up, the light continues to flicker even after 30 mins. Why? is it a bad ballast or lamp? or is it just something that I did wrong?
Someone in this site mentioned that bad grounding might cause this kind of flicker, but the wires that I used to power the ballast are thicker than those comming out of the ballast, isn't that good enough?
Any ideas? |

| Good grounding doesn't just mean the wires are connected tightly. It also means that what you're connecting them to is a "good ground". |

| I am connecting the ground wire to the wire that leads to the center pin of the plug, is that good? |
