If anyone interested I will post PCB and schematic...

Hi. Nice work, useful thing for musicians.
I'd like to see the pcb&schematic, maybe I built one for my band too. :smash:
pejinm
The amp is based on NationalSemiconductor LM386N op amp which can work with 6-12V supply.
The PCB layout for 4 stereo chanels attached...

Regards.

...and tracks...

I hope you can use this resolution because I can't post larger pic.
Cheers

Allright, thank you.
Thougt of that 386, perfect for such a "Low-Fi" environment. ;)

You welcome,

Please post the pictures of your work when you finished, I would like to see it...

Good Luck;)

Awesome little amp.

That's a LOT of 386 chips, hehe.

They work great for small speakers, and real good for headphones.

I made a super listening mic amp and used a 386 on the output, and it's real loud.

I noticed you used large 10uf input caps and 470uf output caps. Very nice.

Also, the box looks real clean.

And by what I see, is the volume is determined by the input source?

Hi EWorkshop1708,

Glad you like it!
Yes there is no pots because most of quality headphones have volume control on them (and I have't got much space left in case he,he...)

Regards;)

What gain are the chips set to since no volume control is used??
pejinm
The gain is set by 18k resistor and it's about 20dB...
I'm thinking to put one pot on input just in case if signal gets too high.

Chiao;)
