hi guys, Ive made sulzers power regualtor for my cd players analog o/p
The opamp is an ad8620 and the supposed power supply is +-12V. However after doing the supply i get +12.2V -12.4V. Is it ok to use the regulators?

allo anyone??

hello,

if you want exactly +/-12v, you should adjust slightly your voltage reference's.
starushz
Hi thanks for the reply. yup i know i need to slightly tweak the reference. But leaving it as it is will it cause harm in anyway?

some opamps are sensitive to psu symetry, others not.

in any case, they won't burn just for that, try and listen.

Hi,
I agree, try it and measure for output offset.
