Your knob looks almost identical to the one on my Denon DCD-1520 CD.
The old ADCOM GFP-1A has similar knobs as well.
I checked my usual online sources, but could not find anything that resembles
the knob you're looking for.
You did not specifiy the exact size you're looking for.... but... there
is a vendor, from hong kong, selling a variety of nice knobs on e-bay.
I have not purchased from this vendor, so I cannot attest to the
quality of the product, however, the prices are dirt cheap... as in : qty 4 for $5...
with $5 woldwide shipping. The risk is minimal, and I think the styling is
quite good.
I found this knob which is SIMILAR to what you're looking for...
Check it out on e-bay.
Don't forget to check his other offerings. (many sizes and styles)
