Gainclone Integrated Amplifier based around
the Brian Bell LM3875 kit (Rev B) which was developed
from a thread on DIYAudio.com. Mono block design with
dual bridge rectifiers utilizing MUR860 diodes for
each block. The heatsinks are 1/4 inch thick by 18 by
2.5 inch copper bars attached to 3 inch by 5 inch
aluminum finned sinks.
This amp has been biased towards a higher voltage,
625VA 25+25 toroidal transformer to give 36VDC rails,
to supply greater output to cope with lower output
speakers. The output is a conservative 50W into 8
and 4 ohm.
