yea it is a viable option ... buying a old lcd projector and modding the light source .. but so far i havent had the extra $$$ for it not untill i have atleast built a diy ht sub ... got my PJ dun and have dun the psone lcd mod in my comp case then maybe lol ops i wanna do the PVR thing to.

cool just wanted to shair the good cheap finds. you have pix of your pj. its using the ushio bulb right? im just waiting on my stuff to come in from allan so i can finsh mine. then i want to redo my first pj (psone) sence it was a trial/error job now i know what im doing and my bro wants it. then i have a extra psone lcd and a nother pj panel i might make a few more lol

i have one with a vga mod i just opend it and d-connected the rgb hookup and pluged my mod in. how much you lookin for ill sell mine

norton got one for $30 with shipping .. thats what i wanted lol im just really cheap ... that and i still gatta order the bulb and socket from alan ... but i wanted to wait till i moved and could have it shipped there. hey you got any pics of it ? is it striped already ? were you gunna do a pj with it ?

its not striped yet i just removed the back and botom to connect the vga mod. i got it off ebay new and did the mod for some testing with my tv tuner i bot. yea i was thinking about using it as a pj but i have another psone pj i need to fix first
