I have a CARVER TFM 15 that takes approx. 30 min. after turning it on to produce any music. I also have a CARVER Holographic T-6 that is no longer holographic. When the holographic button is depressed it picks up a radio station in the background. Does anyone have a fix for these problems? Appreciate any info! Thanks.

Hi Bill,
Does your amp go "click" about 5 sec after you turn it on?
Did you mean a CT-6?

I used to be factory warranty for Carver in Canada. I may be able to help you through this.

Cool, let me know what you find.

To check, take the cover off and locate the relay. Turn the amp on and after it clicks, give it a tap with a non-conductive, small object (not a plastic hammer or a bat !!;) ). The volume should be a medium to low level.

Do this only if you are experienced working on sound equipment. Have someone present to render aid if you shock yourself.
