LED for Zen V4, How? - Click HERE for Original Thread

Hi, I almost fininsh my Zen V4 and wonder what is the proper way to incorporate a LED. I was thinking to draw power from the unregulated power supply from one of the channel where is right after the PS caps. Is it a proper / good way to do so? Any advice is appreciated. Also, if I draw only from one channel, will it cause imbalance with regard to the other channel, sonically? Thanks!

Wallace,

Are you certain those heatsinks would be large enough? Is that for both channels or one?
wchick
The heatsink I used for my Zen V4 is not big enough. The center piece got very hot that I can't touch it for more than 2 seconds. I 'll probably lower the bias.
