I got this message on my computer:

I picked up several of this vintage (nos)"high reliability" Mepco resistor. They are off-white with gold leads, the body is about 1/2" long. Here are all the markings on the resistor body:

The resistors above were bought by my me today while filing through boxes at a surplus store (apex).
I just came across two more mystery precision resistors...
They are individualy packaged, "Mepco/Electra" gold leads, and are encapsuled in clear resin....??
On my cheapo DMM, reads 9.996k.
