Well, the "C" version of the Euro-fet is at the hgh end of the IDSS distribution in its device group, and the J201 will be on the low side of its device group, typically below 1ma. If you drop the 201 into a circuit designed to use the other FET, the bias will most likely be way off because of the difference in quiescent current. What is the circuit where you were planning to do this substitution?
