Amp was built by a Electrical Engineer friend a few years back and has very nice warm sound with precise highs. Your chance to see what the other side has been listening to, and tweak to your hearts content....

Willing to trade a WORKING Tripath TA0103/04 or UCD stereo Amp.

This amp is HEAVY at 45 pounds. Shipping may be a concern from Salt Lake City, UTAH. Pick ups welcome.

Let me know if you are interested -

Thanks

An additional ~ 7WPC can easily be acheived with the replacement of the two 5R4 Rectifiers to 5AR4 tubes.

The resulting Plate Voltage increase is within the parameters of the remaining circuit (ie, Caps, etc).

Thanks

Will consider cash offers. I have too many amps in the house and must unload some...

Amp originally had gain problems, but have since been corrected due to a simple grounding issue.

Someone had asked for various voltages on tubes...

Power Tube 6L6GC (min/max)
Plate Voltage (361V/364V)
Cathode Voltage (28V/29V)

Driver Tube 6SL7GT (min/max)
Plate Unit #2 (187V/187V)
Plate Unit #1 (235V/243V)
Cathode Unit #2 (2V/2V)
Cathode Unit #1 (49V/53V)

Heaters check out at 6.3V
