Anyone heard of Jam-Tech True Fidelity Amplifier? - Click HERE for Original Thread

I stumbled across this website reading Audiocircle. It is a company called Jam-Tech, who created low power open loop Class D amplifiers.

Jam-Tech

Their specs are nothing special, but there was a triangle wave test done at 22hz which says:
quote:
To see the actual dynamic range, try a simple linearity test. To confirm an amplifier's true dynamic range, try feeding the device a low frequency, low amplitude triangle waveform. This is an excellent indicator of amplfier response, as well as offset. Center the signal on "zero" and watch the fun!

I haven't seen any other manufacturer perform a triangle wave test for linearity. Does this test prove anything, and what is it's real relevance?
eVITAERC
It doesn't really prove anythign except the fact that the Jam-Tech is good at making saw-tooth waves ;)
