so, ive been reading a lot on here lately, and im going to give the UCD's a try. ive come across a lot of stuff that says SMPS are better than conventional supplies for the class d amps. is this true, or at the very least, worth investigating?
i have a local surplus shop that has shelves of sealed switching power supplies of all flavors. im sure i could find something to suit my needs. would it be worth it, or can i just stick with my big chunk 'o' metal toroid and caps? |
