SI T-amp/PC Tweak Question - Click HERE for Original Thread
Saidas
I am a newbie so I need dumbed down info. I have been reading about the SI T-amp tweaks and was wondering if I could use the amp with my pc & integrated amp to improve music and gaming sound.

My pc has a Windows Media Center OS and connects to my Pioneer 5.1 surround sound system. Music plays from my hard drive through 2-channel and gaming sounds use 5-channel.

I was wondering if the SI PCB could be mounted inside the pc case and use the pc's 500w power supply and somehow connect to the existing sound out. Since the sound now travels via cable to the amp, the tweak wouldn't require speaker posts and I wouldn't need a pot. Kinda sounds like a pre-amp set up.

Like I said, I a newbie so I may just be way off with my thinking with this. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
