I built a Brian Kit lm4780, parallel mode, and am in the process of modifying the grounds and adding some capacitance to the PS recitfier (4x8200/ch). I ran into some ground noise between the two channels and, so I am running one ground wire from the PSs to the amp boards, instead of the 4 per 2 amp boards. I have the chance now to use a different return location for the speaker load (maybe at the single point just before the amp board or at the single point at the PS), instead of the amp board. My inclination is to return it the single point of the PS, closer to the large caps. Any thoughts? Thanks for any inputs.
