Can the 5V in the T-amp be tweak? - Click HERE for Original Thread
ChuckT
In the TA2024, TA2020 chips, there is a 5Vgen pin that provide 5V power to another 2 pin 5Va and 5Vd. has anybody provide a seperate 5V supply to this ? It seems obvious that the internal 5V is not going to be quality power supply and the 5V looks like it is for "digital" use and begs a clean 5V power.

I am still in the process of soldering the amp6 and it seems this has a lot more tweakable parts than the GC I have.
eg. the 8.2k Vref Resistor, the feedback resistor (we know the effect of this for the GC), the output filter caps, the decoupling caps, the coupling caps...

now if anybody know about the 5V, please share. TIA.
