Do you want both heat sinks and chassis?
The clam shell chassis (top and bottom) assembled are 12"W x 9.5" D x 5" high (plus rubber feet).
With the heat sinks attached to each side the entire assembly is 16.25" W and 9.5" deep and 5" high.
My bathroom scale estimate is 12 pounds packaged.
You can calculate shipping to you from my zip of 61111 (northern illinois). I pack very well. Do you want USPS Priority or UPS? From me to Costa Mesa I calculate:
USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation $19.25 (no insurance)
UPS Ground $14.85 (4 days delivery time) and $100 insurance included.
Which do you prefer? Personally I prefer UPS.

I have DH-220 and XL-280 transformers plus a 6 amp transformer that supplies ±50vdc or ±70 vdc plus it has two sets of primaries to enable use on 117 or 220 VAC.
Also have a pair of heat sinks for the DH-200 and a set for the DH-220. A chassis slightly larger than the DH-200 is available and is designed to accept Hafler heat sinks, plus it has a nice rack mount face plate.
