I'm working on making my own car amp and want a good DSP. One problem i have is that my system is run off a PC so i need a standalone unit. Iv been thinking about the H701 for some time now because of the built in Dolby decoding, time alignment, XO, and the EQ that brings a new meaning to the word overkill. but as I've found out the hard way if it looks good on paper it can still sound bad.
