I did a google once and found one place that sent a copy to me for $17 plus shipping.
I am sorry I cannot scan it for you.... too flimsey to do so and my scanner is a pain to use...
If you have some question, I can look at it and let you know.... if not I'd suggest you order one from them:

Hi K-amps,
I see this post dor poa2800 and, you have the schema for it. could you please, check mosfets on amp pcb what numbers are and which p and which is n channel.. I have receive this amp without many transistores on it and, I am reconstructing it. as well zener diode on amp pcb -- can't remember number now..
Of course, if you have time to do this for me, I will appreciate it.
I try to buy online, but none of this sites will accept wire transfer - my only way to pay them.

Very Sorry but I in Europe these days and my schematics are at home... why dont you just buy the schematics using someone's credit card? (I mean someone you know ;) ) |

hi guys
I hav probelm with poa2800 i dont have shema and can anyone tell me values for diodes same as you describe below - D530 and D534.
I replace other parts just this diodes i cant find any number on it.

Sefa,
Zener diodes (D531, 532, 533, 534) are HZS5C1 5.1V 400mW,
and normal diodes are 1SS270.
