Hi all,
I have gone through three caps catalogues looking for 100nF 160Vdc or higher ceramic caps.
These are for Nchannel FET gate to drain frequency correction.
I don't want the bulk of 1000V nor polypropylene.
Any ideas who can supply in UK? |

for example C330C104K2R5CA
