I´ve got 10 used 10000uF/63V.
They are a bit older and I haven´t measured capacitance but as they are from Siemens they should be OK.
You can have them for 18€+shipping.

To be honest : I don´t know.
Got them off ebay for an amp project.
Decided on another project and now they´re collecting dust.
Don´t have a capacitance meter to hand but will try and measure them.
I´d go with Jens offer if I were you and I´m not talking about me.;)
