Can anyone point to a site where I'd be able to see pics of how the stuffing looks inside a box. This to get an idea of how much stuffing is adequate for a given box.

Stuffing should not be packed in, just loose but enough to hold itself in place. If it's a vented box it should not even be stuffed, just the walls lined.

That's fine. Stuffing tends to have a more pronounced effect on cabinets that are reproducing midrange as it dampens the internal waves down at those frequencies. At low frequency it can make the box seem slightly larger, but there is some debate on the impact it has.
