If anyone in Sydney wants a couple of reel-to-reels to fix up, I've got these I want to get rid of:
a TEAC A-3300SX, something wrong with the Play/FF/REW control electronics;
a Sony TC-530, an ancient single motor machine which won't play at a constant speed, I think a tension spring needs adjusting.
I need the space, if no-one wants them I'm going to junk them.

OK, seems like no one wants them, I'll junk them this week;
I'll hang on the the Teac heads & pinch roller for a while,
if anyone wants them as spares, let me know....

I'm a newbie here, foudn this thread by web search.
If you've not junked them yet, I'm really interested in the Teac - perhaps I can work something out with you to get it out of your workshop to my family in Sydney? Hope I'm not too late.
