based on diagram, (existing arrangment is inside chassis (chassis can not be altered)and i would like to make them external for ease of adjustment for tube rolling)

what length of lead can I use to make these (pot and meter) external i.e 200mm (based on noise pick-up etc)

Doesn't matter unless the impedance of the driver is very high (211 amp eh? Yeah, you're safe...no one EVER uses pentodes anywhere...).

If in doubt, slap on a nice electrolytic from wiper to ground.

That is a 1 ohm resistor. ANy noise trying to get in will have to overcome that low 1 ohm impedance. In short, nothing is going to get in that way. It will not be a critical bit of wiring.
