| I recently bought one of these amps and wanted to try them out on something other than the cheap 8ohm bookshelfs I have. My main speakers have a 2ohm impedence and I wanted to know if the Sonic Impact will drive them "safely". In other words, I don't want to damage the amp. Thanks |

It will probably drive them, but it will most likely be current-limited on the output. You can adjust the output filter for a 2ohm load, if you like. Instructions are in the datasheet.
I wouldn't expect miracles with those little guys running into that load, though :) |
