I'm building a power supply for a TA2022 Tripath Evaluation Board which uses dual rails... would like to know which of the attached wiring diagram is the best

AHA, I found Waldo!

I think P3 is closest, only tie your bridge "grounds" together before connecting to the rest.

You dont' want to to "seperate" your cap common points as very high and turbulant current flows there.... maybe not so high for a sonic impact but all the same it's a noisy spot, so dont' make it your star point, put your star point next to it.

I'm also thinking your mains fuse may be better on the other side of the primary, between the switch and the primary, which would be your "hot" side.

but it's not for sonic impact... TA 2022 is a 2x60 rms and the trans is a + - 25 VDC one.... however from ur explanation it seems like P3 is still the best :D
