I can`t order special IC for class-D purposes, so I oriented to using UC3825 or SG3525 (have both of them already).
I think it would be one power supply rail (15..25V) with bridge output, no special level shifter IC (use transformer instead).
Any advice? Is there already done project of such amp? url for pics (schematic, photo), manuals, etc. are welcome.
