checked that all your FCC cables are secured and undamaged? Cant say ive ever seen that happen to a LCD.
It is saying no signal connected even tho you have a VGA input connected? |

Well, its a bit tough to makeout/diagnose but the only clues i get imply the signal cable is not connected. LOL j/k just making light of the subject ;) hehe

Take a look around the edges of the glass part of the lcd, it has delecate circuts. Its more then likley you have damaged it at some stage and its why its only half working. Its either that or the fcc isnt conecting properly to the lcd, or perhaps you have pressure acting against the lcd.
