Do DVD players sold in Canada play PAL discs? From looking around at the manufactures sites it seem they play NTSC only and just want to check.
My daughter's got some home made PAL DVD's to send to a friend in Canada (no region problems). My only other thought is to transfer them to NTSC VHS. |

If they have a cheap DVD player, it will often convert from PAL to NTSC automatically (citizen, norcent, apex, etc.).
Try and find the model and do some searches on it.
btw you might be able to burn NTSC dvds with a program like Nero, if you have a dvd burner.
oh and they could always watch it on the computer (if they have a dvd drive). |
