well the guy says that they both have a seven inch focal..
but the frenels that i am using are from a ohp. and i think that they are 310mm focal |

If they say they are 7in fl then, they are 200mm (actually a little closer to 8in.) That is perfect for a 240mm lens. I also have a lens with a 7.8in fl which is almost exact , even better. It had some paint spray on one of the outer lenses, That's how it came from the surplus supply I got it from. But I just cleaned almost all of it off today with some Goo-Gone. There is a little left around the rim, but i don't think it will be in the field of view.
I've heard of people using the Fuji with up to 320mm so the 250 should work. I know the 200 will definitely work on 7in Fresnels although I've never heard of 7in frenels.
