Say, anyone know where I might obtain VAIC / AVVT vacuum tubes? I'm having difficulty locating a dealer.
Any opinions of these tubes welcome. |

No personal experience but there's a history behind any tube manufacturer that's always fascinating to me......:cool:

Vaic's history seemingly has no lack of interest ... partnered with Kron of KR and Audio Note, went his separate way, had a tube line-up that changed as quickly as that of a Canadian football team, then disappeared in who knows what kind of demise. Ouch!
Looks truly to be a loss to the valve community as AVVT tubes were highly regarded by many, including Triode Dick. |
