Hi Sonny,
Thank you.
I feel flattered and almost blush...
I brought back the scanner to the shop, hoping to buy a better and more expensive one. The picture you refer to was the only one that I kept on my computer as a GIF file. Will try to post it somewhat bigger as the logo/avatar is really small;)
As a gesture to Groman it was taken with a well known Swedish professional medium format camera;) Hence the square format. Some might even think I was squared today...;) ;)

Elso,

Is that snow on bull-rushes? nice pic.

Hi Dave,
It is snow on Teasel-heads. Thanks.
Blown and builded up by the wind when we still had cold winters over here. The picture was taken in my own garden when I was living in the middle of nowhere in a 100 years old farmhouse. It was the first of a series of very successfull snow pictures that day as the beatifull clear wheather kept the whole day.:)

Hi

Good sound and good pictures: It's not all about numbers (Mpixel, THD, Hasselblad aso). The beauty is in the eye/ear of the beholder.;)

I took this picture at the beginning of the summer. It is my favorite wildlife picture I have taken this summer.

This one won't win any photographic awards, but it is a quick snap from my back deck shortly after i got up this AM. That is a Columbia Black Tail deer munching away on the shrubbery -- i couldn't get any shots of the other two deer...

Nice Racoon. We have some of those bandits around here and occasionally one of the cats will come back all beat up after a run-in with one of them, They don't often come around the house, but they have been caught eating the catfood.
