RBF840 parameters ??? - Click HERE for Original Thread

Does anyone know something about any parameters of this transistor. The only tning i know is that it's some kind of power MOS-N sutable for car SMPS.

Are you sure it's not IRF?
Where did you get the information you already have?

RBF not IRF, but there is the International Rectifier logo on them.
I tried to shoot them with camera but the pictures were so bad that there's no sense to post them.

I bought them from a man who told me that they are with low Rds, low voltage, high current ones suitable for car SMPS but no any concrete paramaters.

I'm curious because one RBF840 produce less heat than two IRFZ44N connected in parallel. (forgot to remark - TO220 is the package).
