Hello
How can I make a C/4 charger for my Panasonic Reachargeable Sealed Lead-Acid Battery ( LC-R06R2CH 6V,4.2Ah/20HR ). The battery's data sheet can be found
here
Constant Voltage Charge Method is recommended by Panasonic. Thanks. :D

hi,

you can use a L200 which is a regulator with current limit included.

you should charge your battery at 1/10 of it's nominal current.
you have to set the L200 to output 6.9v when the current limit haven't been reached.

The Application Notes for this device provide a lot of information about how to properly maintain lead-acid batteries.
