Hey i have a orion xtr pro 1000 class d amp and it has a delay time on it i don't know why but it's almost 2 seconds and i bought this thing new. I have never use class d before first time, is it a normal thing for it to do this? its the time from the amp to the sub or the deck to the sub

Do you mean it takes 2 seconds from the remote line being energized to when the amplifier starts amplifying? If so, then that is totally normal. It is most likely a relay to allow the power supply rails to raise before the amp starts. Most likely because it's a regulated supply. Don't worry about it :)
