Someone edited posts I made in the thread "Reverse Engineering Krell KMA-160". Where I have posted images with the IMG tag, someone changed them all to *links* to the images. Obviously, only moderators would be able to do this.

There are no notes on my posts that they have been edited, so it looks like I posted it that way, when obviously I didn't. If *anyone* edits my posts, they need to make a note that they've done so. Otherwise the attribution is worthless.

I post my pictures on my own website so I can save the diyaudio.com operators bandwidth fees. I would think this should be encouraged and not undone.

Please change my posts back.

I don't know if somebody have changed or that you have forgotten to use the IMG button but from I can see your pictures are pretty large. One picture I looked at was 134k and can be comressed to 10k with any substantial loss i quality. If you have 10 pictures with that size it's pretty painful for us (I for instance) which don't have high speed connection. When you have compressed the pictures I can change those tags but not before.

This has happened to a few other people, too. I think it might be actually a software bug that Audiofreak is chasing down.

P-A's point is still a good one- please have mercy on us poor souls who don't have broadband available.
